Welcome to the hiking route on B23! This 8.5-kilometer trail offers a challenging hike with an elevation gain of 304 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding journey for hikers.

Starting at the parking area, you will begin your hike with a visit to the Lawinendenkmal memorial, located just 0.01 kilometers from the trail. As you continue onwards, you will pass by Lahnsattel saddle, providing a scenic spot to catch your breath.

Around the 4-kilometer mark, you will reach Bärenkögerl peak, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding natural landscape. Make sure to take some time to appreciate the beauty of the area before continuing on.

Further along the trail, at approximately 3.15 kilometers from the start, you will come across the Breserl Hans Wasserburger wayside shrine, adding a touch of historic charm to your hike.

As you approach the midway point, be sure to replenish your water supply at the natural spring situated 3.12 kilometers into the hike.
