Welcome to the Camí de Carreu hiking route! This trail is located in a beautiful area with stunning natural landscapes.
As you start your hike, you will come across the attraction of Sant Vicenç, a must-see spot right at the beginning of the trail. Further along the hike, you will find a drinking water station and a picnic site, perfect for a quick break and refreshment midway through your journey.
The trail will lead you to Font, a natural spring located very close to the trail. Make sure to fill up your water bottles here before continuing your hike. As you progress, you will pass by information points with interesting facts about the area.
At around the 3.77 km mark, you will find Mata de la Torre, a peak that is slightly off the trail but worth a visit if you're up for a slight detour. The hike will also take you to Coll de Llívia, a saddle point, offering scenic views of the surroundings.
With a total distance of 17.759 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1001 meters, this hike is rated as extremely difficult. Make sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and wear appropriate hiking gear. Check the weather forecast before heading out, and enjoy the breathtaking views along the way.
