This extremely difficult hiking route near Luz-Saint-Sauveur offers a challenging adventure for experienced hikers. The 12.564-kilometer long trail features a total elevation gain of 1246 meters, promising stunning views and a strenuous workout.

Starting at the parking area, hikers will first encounter "Le Garlitz," a cafe located just 0.05 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. As you continue, you'll pass by "Lac de Cap-de-Long," a picturesque lake situated 1.07 kilometers from the start, offering a serene setting for a short break.

Midway through the hike, at around 4.07 kilometers from the start, you'll reach "Hourquelle de Bugarret," a saddle point that provides a great vantage point to admire the surrounding landscape. Take a moment to rest and soak in the beauty of the area before continuing on.

Towards the end of the trail, at approximately 5.21 kilometers from the start, you'll come across "Lac de Bugarret," another stunning lake that is perfectly located for a relaxing stop to enjoy the scenery.
