This hiking route takes you through the beautiful Hirschgrund area, offering stunning views and plenty of interesting points of interest along the way. With a total distance of 1.759 kilometers and an elevation gain of 76 meters, this super easy route is perfect for hikers of all levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across the DAV Leipzig information point providing valuable insights about the area. Further along the trail, at around 0.52 kilometers from the start, you will find a peaceful picnic site with a bench where you can take a break and enjoy a snack.

Continuing onwards, at approximately 0.57 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Kernzonengrenze information point, followed by the Hirschgrundkegel peak at 0.65 kilometers. This peak offers a great climbing opportunity for adventure enthusiasts.

As you make your way to the endpoint of the hike, you will encounter various climbing peaks such as the Assistent at 0.8 kilometers, the Hinterer Hirschgrundturm at 0.8 kilometers, and the Vorderer Hirschgrundturm at 0.7 kilometers. These peaks provide a thrilling climbing experience with magnificent views from the top.
