This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area of Hauptstraße. The trail is 5.357 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 133 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike. It is an out-and-back route, so you will retrace your steps on the way back.

As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. About 2.68 kilometers into the hike, you will find a water source, followed by another water source at 2.42 kilometers. There is also a shelter 0.07 kilometers from the start where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.

Along the way, you will encounter various points of interest such as benches, an information center, and a restaurant called Gasthof & Pension Almenhof, located just 0.01 kilometers from the trail. These spots provide opportunities to rest, refuel, and learn more about the area.
