This hiking route is located in the HaiDian District and offers a relatively easy trek with a distance of approximately 3.162 kilometers and no significant elevation gain.
Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by a parking area at the beginning of the hike, located near the entrance of TuJing JiaYuan North Gate. As you continue on the trail, about 1.58 kilometers from the start, you will come across a water source which could be a good spot to rest and hydrate.
Around 1.13 kilometers into the hike, there is another water source nearby but off the trail. It's best to fill up your water bottles at the previous stop before continuing on.
The route takes you on an out-and-back path, so you will retrace your steps on the way back. It is advisable to bring an adequate supply of water, especially on warmer days, and to check the weather forecast before heading out.
