This hiking route takes you to the beautiful Bai Shi Gang peak, located in a scenic area with water reservoirs and historic ruins. The total distance of the trail is approximately 4.3 kilometers with an elevation gain of 207 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
As you start your journey, you will pass by the Nan Ma Chang Water Reservoir, located just 0.09 kilometers from the trailhead. This tranquil spot provides a picturesque start to your hike. Continuing on, you will come across a parking area situated right on the trail at the beginning.
Further along the trail, you will encounter the historic well ruins, adding a touch of cultural interest to your hike. As you approach the 0.53-kilometer mark, you will reach the Bei Ma Chang Water Reservoir, offering another lovely spot to rest and take in the surroundings.
The highlight of the hike is reaching the Bai Shi Gang peak at the 2.15-kilometer mark, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the area. After taking in the scenery, you can retrace your steps back along the trail.
