This hiking route is located in a beautiful area with stunning natural scenery. The trail is a circular route that covers a distance of 13.686 kilometers with no elevation gain, making it a relatively flat hike. Although the distance is long, the lack of elevation gain may make it seem less challenging.

As you start your hike, you will pass by a parking area at the beginning of the trail, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on your adventure. About 0.14 kilometers into the hike, you will come across a picturesque lake called ež. Dūkštas, providing a lovely spot to take a break and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

Midway through the hike, at around 5.06 kilometers from the start, there is another water feature along the trail. This spot offers a nice place to rest and rehydrate before continuing on your journey. As you progress further, there are multiple water sources located at various points along the trail, making it convenient to refill your water supply.

At approximately 1.22 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a beautiful beach area, perfect for soaking in the views and relaxing by the water. This would be a great spot to unwind and rejuvenate before completing the remainder of the hike.

It is important to prepare adequately for this hike by bringing plenty of water, snacks, and sun protection. Checking the weather forecast before setting out is also recommended to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Despite the lack of significant elevation gain, the length of the trail may still pose a challenge to some hikers, so it is advisable to pace yourself accordingly.
