Midway through the hike, at around 0.67 kilometers, you will reach the Scharfenberg Castle, a historic site that adds a touch of cultural significance to your adventure. Be sure to explore the castle and immerse yourself in its rich history.

On the way back, take a moment to relax at one of the benches strategically placed along the trail. Additionally, don't miss the viewpoint at the Scharfenburg peak, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
