Welcome to the hiking route from Thessaloniki to Promachonas and back. This circular route covers a distance of approximately 5.96 kilometers with no significant elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of moderate difficulty.

Starting from Thessaloniki, you will first come across a parking area, perfect for leaving your vehicle before beginning your adventure. As you continue on the trail, about 3 kilometers into the hike, you will pass by a natural water source, providing a refreshing spot to rest and refuel.

Further along the route, at a distance of about 2.98 kilometers from the start, you will encounter two more water sources, ideal for replenishing your supplies before heading back towards Thessaloniki. It's important to note that one of these water sources is slightly off the trail, located approximately 125 meters away.
