This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route takes you to the stunning Ciucul Forador peak, spanning a total distance of 12.438 kilometers with an elevation gain of 977 meters. The hike is expected to take around 5 hours and 19 minutes to complete.

Starting at the trailhead, you'll immediately notice the pristine wilderness surrounding you. As you make your way along the trail, you'll come across various points of interest. About 4.03 kilometers from the start, you'll find the Ricovero Casera la Pala wilderness hut, offering a cozy accommodation option for hikers. Further along, at just 0.03 kilometers from the start, the Rifugio Vallata alpine hut and restaurant provide a perfect place to refuel and rest before continuing your journey.

Midway through the hike, at 6.22 kilometers from the start, the Ciucul Forador peak stands majestically, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. This is a great spot to take in the beauty of the area and capture some memorable photos.
