Get ready for a challenging hike through the stunning Zinsberg area. This out-and-back route covers a total distance of 7.3 kilometers with an elevation gain of 490 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek. Starting from Wanderparkplatz Hochbrixen, you'll set out on the trail with lush surroundings. As you make your way along the path, about 1.5 kilometers in, you'll come across the cozy Brantlalm restaurant where you can take a break and refuel before continuing your journey.

Around 2.4 kilometers into the hike, you'll find a water source that's slightly off the trail. Make sure to replenish your water supply here as you continue towards the stunning Brantlalmsee, which is located 1.24 kilometers from the start but slightly off the main trail.

As you advance further, a highlight of the hike is reaching the Zinsberg peak, located approximately 3.67 kilometers from the start and right along the trail. Enjoy the panoramic views from this vantage point before heading back the same way you came.
