Hiking : Le Battute

This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Le Battute. The trail is 5.463 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 252 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike. It is estimated to take about 1 hour and 53 minutes to complete.

As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area just 7 meters from the trailhead. About 1.23 kilometers into the hike, you will find a drinking water station to refill your water bottles.

Further along the trail, at 1.73 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the entrance to the Buca sotto le Battute cave. This is a great spot to explore and take in some unique geological formations.

Continuing on, at around the 2.48 kilometer mark, you will reach the Buca del Tesoro cave entrance. Take some time to marvel at the natural beauty of this cave before moving on.

If you are up for a little extra adventure, about 2.73 kilometers into the hike, you can visit the peak known as Le Battute. The views from the top are definitely worth the extra effort.
