This extremely difficult hiking route takes you through a challenging 15.639-kilometer trail with an elevation gain of 751 meters, estimated to take about 5 hours and 29 minutes to complete. The route is an out-and-back type leading to the peak of Čierťaž.

Starting off, you will pass by a parking area at the beginning of the trail to Čierťaž. As you make your way through the rugged terrain, about 1.21 kilometers in, you will come across an information point at Predajná, bus stop, providing some insights into the area.

Midway through the hike, at around 4.59 kilometers, you will encounter a refreshing spring where you can replenish your water supply. Further up the trail, at 7.82 kilometers, you will reach the peak of Čierťaž, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Along the way, there is a rustic restaurant, Koliba Reštaurácia Rusticana, situated just 95.995 meters away from the trail. This spot is a great place to refuel and take a break before continuing your challenging journey.
