This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Tees Road. The trail is an out-and-back type, totaling 3.304 kilometers in distance with no elevation gain, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
Starting at the North Gare car park, you will begin your journey through the stunning surroundings. As you make your way, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. Midway through the hike, you will find Seaton Carew Golf Course and a few parking spots for your convenience.
Along the trail, you will also encounter water bodies such as rivers or ponds, providing a serene atmosphere for your hike. At around 1.65 kilometers into the trail, you will find a lovely spot near the water to rest and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
As you head back towards the starting point, you will pass by informative sites such as "Welcome to Teesmouth National Nature Reserve" and "Seaton Common Nature Reserve", adding educational value to your hike. Additionally, you may come across the artwork "Steel River Curlew" along the way.
