This extremely difficult 14.309-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will take you to the picturesque Weißenberg area. The trail starts at the parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before beginning your adventure.

As you make your way along the path, you'll come across the Kniewas Steyrbrücke shelter, a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surrounding nature. About 2.65 kilometers into the hike, you'll find a water source, perfect for refilling your water bottle and staying hydrated.

Continuing on, at the 4.37-kilometer mark, there is another water source available for your convenience. Around 0.59 kilometers into the trail, you'll encounter two more water sources, providing plenty of opportunities to rest and rehydrate throughout your journey.

Just before you reach the halfway point, you'll find another parking area, ideal for those who want to take a break or for those who prefer a shorter hike. The highlight of the trail is the Weißenberg peak, located 7.15 kilometers into the hike. This scenic spot offers stunning views of the surrounding area, making the effort to reach it well worth it.
