Welcome to the Märchenweg hiking route!

The Märchenweg trail is a super easy out-and-back route with a total distance of 1.69 kilometers and an elevation gain of 33 meters. This leisurely hike is perfect for families and beginners looking to enjoy a scenic stroll through the beautiful surroundings.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. At the beginning, you'll find convenient parking areas and facilities like the Rohrmoos Schwaigerhof shelter. Further along the trail, you'll encounter the Pfitschigogerl bar and the Dorfstöckl restaurant, where you can take a break and enjoy some local cuisine.

Throughout the hike, you'll also find informative spots such as the Wanderungen Rohrmoos information center, providing you with insights into the area's history and natural surroundings. Additionally, there are benches scattered along the trail to rest and take in the stunning views.

For a refreshing break, you can visit the drinking water station located midway through the trail. As you near the endpoint, don't miss the Hopsi attraction and the viewpoint offering breathtaking vistas of the surroundings.
