This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning viewpoints and natural attractions. The total distance of the hike is 1.639 kilometers with an elevation gain of 140 meters, making it a relatively easy route suitable for all skill levels.

Starting at the designated trailhead, you will first come across Barbarinenhof, a biergarten located only 0.14 kilometers from the start where you can stop for a refreshing beverage. As you continue on, you will pass by the Goldschmidthöhle cave entrance which is 0.49 kilometers from the start and worth a visit. Further along the trail, at 0.81 kilometers from the start, you will find the peak of Abendwand, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

Throughout the hike, there are several peaks and towers such as Bilch, Bundesfels, and Pfaffenkopf that you can explore, each providing a unique perspective of the area. Keep an eye out for the Nasse-Schlucht-Turm, located at a distance of 0.82 kilometers from the start, offering a great vantage point for photos.

Remember to bring plenty of water, especially on warmer days, and check the weather forecast before heading out. This out-and-back route ensures that you will retrace your steps back to the starting point, so you can enjoy all the sights once again on your return journey.
