This challenging out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning peak of Dò della Rocca. The route spans a total distance of 7.751 kilometers with an elevation gain of 715 meters, making it a difficult trek that is best suited for experienced hikers.
Starting at the trailhead, you will first come across the ruins of Malga Olda di Berzo, located 2.83 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This historic site offers a glimpse into the past and serves as a point of interest along the way.
As you progress further along the trail, you will find a drinking water station just 0.04 kilometers from the start, allowing you to refill your water supply before continuing the ascent. Another drinking water station is also available at the beginning of the trail, ensuring you stay hydrated throughout the hike.
Midway through the journey, you will reach a fountain located right on the trail, providing a refreshing spot to rest and rehydrate. Additionally, parking facilities are conveniently situated along the route, with parking spots available at 0.07 kilometers and at the start of the trail.
Upon reaching the peak of Dò della Rocca at 3.88 kilometers from the start, you will be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding natural landscape. Take some time to enjoy the scenery before beginning your descent back to the trailhead.
