Starting at the trailhead, you will come across a convenient parking area just at the beginning of the route to leave your vehicle. As you make your way along the trail, approximately 2.92 kilometers from the start, you will find a cozy restaurant where you can take a break and refuel.
Continuing on, at around 4.3 kilometers into the hike, you'll encounter a historic wayside cross standing gracefully along the trail, adding a touch of culture to your outdoor adventure. Not too far ahead, at 4.37 kilometers from the start, the Madonnina dei Campelli artwork will catch your eye, offering a unique sight amidst the natural surroundings.
As you approach the midway point of the hike, at approximately 6.02 kilometers from the start, you will reach Passo di Campelli, a picturesque saddle that provides panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. Nearby, at 6.84 kilometers from the start, you will find a refreshing natural water source for you to replenish your water supply.
