Welcome to the hiking route to Sosote peak! This 13.884-kilometer trail is extremely difficult, with an elevation gain of 767 meters, so be prepared for a challenging adventure. The route is an out-and-back type, leading you to the stunning Sosote peak and back.

The trail starts in a beautiful natural area with parkings nearby to leave your vehicle. As you begin the hike, you will come across a lovely restaurant called Landa about 0.56 kilometers from the start, a perfect spot to grab a bite before heading further.

As you continue your journey, you'll encounter the peak of Arrazkain at around 4.65 kilometers from the start, showcasing breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Further along the trail, at about 1.42 kilometers from the start, there is a picnic site where you can take a break and enjoy some food amidst nature.

Midway through the hike, you'll find the peak of Garaluz, approximately 6.19 kilometers from the start, offering a rewarding panoramic view that makes all the effort worth it. Additionally, there is an information point marked as "PR-GI 42" around 0.23 kilometers from the start, where you can learn more about the area and its significance.

Finally, the highlight of the journey is reaching the Sosote peak at around 6.94 kilometers from the start. Take in the majestic scenery from this vantage point before starting your way back.
