Sette Laghi is a beautiful hiking area offering a challenging yet rewarding experience. The route is an out-and-back trail covering a distance of 9.133 kilometers with an elevation gain of 784 meters, making it a difficult hike suitable for experienced hikers.
As you start your journey, you will come across the Laghetto delle Prese, a serene water body located just 0.53 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further along the way, at around 2.45 kilometers, you will find a shelter for a quick rest stop.
Around the midway point of the trail, at 3.18 kilometers, you will encounter the ruins of a historic site, adding a touch of intrigue to your hike. Continuing on, at 4.57 kilometers, you will come across another water feature, providing a refreshing sight along the way.
As you approach the end of the trail, at 2.82 kilometers, a drinking water station will be available for a much-needed hydration break. Additionally, at the 3.18-kilometer mark, an information point and wayside cross offer a glimpse into the area's history and significance.
The trail culminates at the Sette Laghi destination, offering a picturesque setting to rest and rejuvenate before making your way back.
