Welcome to the hiking route to Rocchetta! This trail is located in a beautiful area with stunning views and historical landmarks. The route is an out-and-back type, which means you will retrace your steps on the way back.

The total distance of the trail is approximately 1.809 kilometers with no elevation gain, making it a super easy hike suitable for all skill levels. However, be sure to bring enough water and snacks, as there are limited facilities along the trail.

As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. About 0.14 kilometers into the hike, you will find a water source, followed by a wayside shrine at 0.24 kilometers and a monument at 0.28 kilometers. These historical landmarks add a cultural touch to your outdoor adventure.

Further along the trail, at 0.65 kilometers, you will reach a shelter where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Additionally, there are a couple of cave entrances and viewpoints along the way, offering unique perspectives of the area.

At the midway point, around 0.88 kilometers, you will find another shelter and a viewpoint, perfect for taking in the panoramic views of Rocchetta. As you continue towards the endpoint, be sure to check out the fountain near the trail for a refreshing stop.

Rocchetta itself is a peak located at about 0.9 kilometers from the start of the trail, offering a rewarding summit experience. From the top, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
