This extremely difficult 13.225-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the stunning natural surroundings of the Legerle area. With an elevation gain of 920 meters, this hike is a challenge that is sure to reward you with breathtaking views along the way.
As you start your journey, you will pass by the Speikbodenhütte restaurant, where you can grab a bite to eat before continuing on. Be sure to stay hydrated, as there are water sources located at various points along the trail, such as at 1.64 kilometers and 0.42 kilometers from the start.
As you make your way through the rugged terrain, you'll come across notable points of interest, including the Speikboden and Donnerstein peaks. These peaks offer stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and are perfect spots to take a break and soak in the beauty of the area.
