This challenging 7.5-kilometer circular hiking route, known as GR 11 - nueva variante, offers breathtaking views and diverse points of interest along the way.
The trail starts at the Parking pernocta at the beginning of the route. As you begin your hike, you will pass by the Refugio Casa de Piedra, located just 200 meters from the starting point, where you can find accommodation if needed.
Midway through the hike, you will encounter the Refugio de los Ibones de Bachimaña, an alpine hut situated 3.37 kilometers from the start of the trail. This is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surrounding scenery.
Throughout the hike, you will come across several water features, including waterfalls and viewpoints such as Cascada del Fraile, Cascada, Mirador del Balneario, and Mirador del Pino. These natural landmarks offer perfect photo opportunities and a chance to rest and appreciate the beauty of the area.
