This hiking route in the area of Rue du Muguet is a super easy out-and-back trail with a total distance of 1.96 kilometers and no elevation gain.
As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area about 440 meters away from the trail. Further along the trail, you will find another parking area at a distance of 135 meters.
About midway through the hike, at a distance of 980 meters from the start, you will pass by a water source. It's always a good idea to bring enough water with you, especially on shorter hikes where amenities may be limited.
As you continue on, you will also come across the Auberge de L'Écluse restaurant located 340 meters from the start and an information point named Eschau/Ostwald;Illkirch-centre 370 meters from the start.
