Welcome to the hiking route in the Kruideniersstraat area. This circular route covers a distance of approximately 4.8 kilometers with no significant elevation gain, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your hike, you'll come across a charming bench just 670 meters into the trail, where you can take a moment to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Further along the path, at around 2.3 kilometers, there are several points of interest including a historic castle called Hof van Rameyen, as well as several water features ideal for a refreshing break.

At approximately 2.3 kilometers into the hike, you'll find another bench and more opportunities to rest by the water. As you continue on the trail, you'll pass by the Onze-Lieve-Vrouw Troost der Bedruktenkapel wayside shrine around the midway point, offering a cultural and historical touch to your journey.

For your convenience, there are benches scattered along the trail to provide resting spots and an information point at 0.03 kilometers from the start to learn more about the area. As the hike comes to an end, you'll find yourself back at the starting point near the parking area with no parking fees required.
