This extremely difficult hiking route covers a distance of 22.482 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1210.0 meters, taking approximately 8 hours and 13 minutes to complete.

Starting at the Doss dei Morti peak, the trail begins at Forte Corno - Werk Corno, a historic fort located right at the start of the route. As you progress along the trail, you will encounter a water feature 9.72 kilometers into the hike, offering a refreshing stop along the way.

For those driving to the trailhead, there is a parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the route. Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks, as the trail is quite challenging and demanding.

Midway through the hike, you will come across the gallerie di Peschiera, a cave entrance that is slightly off the main trail. Take some time to explore this natural marvel before continuing on your journey.
