Welcome to the hiking route to Monte Pizzilli, a challenging and extremely difficult 13.853-kilometer out-and-back trail with an elevation gain of 364 meters.

The hike starts at a parking area located at the beginning of the trail. Make sure to bring plenty of water and check the weather forecast before embarking on this journey.

As you make your way along the trail, you will encounter various points of interest. Around 1.06 kilometers from the start, you will find a drinking water station to refill your supplies. Further along, at 1.24 kilometers, there are historic landmarks such as a monument and a wayside shrine worth exploring.

The highlight of the hike is reaching Monte Pizzilli, a peak located at around 6.93 kilometers from the start. The panoramic views from the summit are spectacular and reward you for your efforts.

On your way back, you can stop by another drinking water station around 1.26 kilometers from the start to rehydrate before completing the trail.
