Welcome to the hiking route to Cascade des Vergnes!
This moderate 5.337-kilometer circular trail offers a scenic adventure through the lush landscapes of the area. The route starts at a parking area near the trailhead, where you can leave your vehicle before beginning your hike.
As you make your way along the trail, you will come across several points of interest. About 0.93 kilometers from the start, you will find an information point providing insights into the local area. Continuing on, at around 1.96 kilometers, you will reach the beautiful Cascade des Prés Longs waterfall, a perfect spot to take in the natural beauty and snap some photos.
Further along the trail, at approximately 2.43 kilometers, you will encounter another waterfall, the Cascade des Vergnes, after which the route is named. This picturesque waterfall is a great place to rest and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
Throughout the hike, you will also find informative signposts and benches where you can take a break and soak in the scenery. A notable landmark along the way is the Monument aux morts, located about 0.03 kilometers from the trail.
