This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views and historical sites. The trail covers a distance of 6.294 kilometers with an elevation gain of 709 meters, making it a challenging hike that will take approximately 3 hours and 13 minutes to complete.

Starting at the trailhead, you will first come across the Parken Haselbergsteig und Thaurer Alm parking area, just 7.5 meters from the start. As you continue on, at approximately 1.11 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter the ruins of a historical site. These ruins are spread out along the trail, adding an air of mystery and intrigue to your journey.

Around the 3.1 kilometer mark, you will find the Adolf Pichler Quelle drinking water source, perfect for refilling your water bottle and staying hydrated. Further along the trail, at 3.15 kilometers, you will reach the Vintl Alm alpine hut, where you can rest and refuel before continuing on.

Throughout the hike, you will also come across several information points, benches, viewpoint, and picnic sites, offering you opportunities to learn more about the area's history and relax while taking in the scenic vistas.
