This hiking route to Pic de Sarredo is located in a challenging terrain with a distance of 13.154 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1030 meters, making it extremely difficult. The total duration of the hike is estimated to be around 5 hours and 37 minutes.
Starting at the parking area, you will venture into a natural park at the beginning of the trail. Along the way, at about 4.41 kilometers from the start, you will come across a water feature. It is advisable to refill your water bottles here as it is midway through the hike.
As you continue on the trail, you will reach a peak at 4.15 kilometers from the start, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. Approximately 5.62 kilometers into the hike, you will reach a saddle known as Coll de Cerbi, where you can take a breather and enjoy the scenery.
Heading further, at 6.58 kilometers from the start, you will encounter another peak called Pic de Sarredo, the final destination of this out-and-back route. It is recommended to take a rest here while taking in the breathtaking views before starting your journey back.
Throughout the hike, there are drinking water sources available at various points, such as Font de la Morera and another spot at 0.21 kilometers from the start. Additionally, there is an information point at 0.06 kilometers from the start for any queries you may have about the area.
