This hiking route in the Straja area is an extremely difficult 13.479-kilometer out-and-back trail with an elevation gain of 175 meters. The trail will take approximately 3 hours and 33 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will find a parking area right at the beginning of the trail. Make sure to park your car here before embarking on your hike. As you continue along the trail, you will come across the peak known as Straja, situated at a distance of 6.74 kilometers from the start. This peak offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape and is a great spot to take a break and soak in the beauty of the area.

Further along the trail, at a distance of 5.22 kilometers from the start, you will encounter another peak named Barabaș. This peak provides another opportunity to enjoy panoramic views and marvel at the natural beauty of the area.

It is important to note that there is another parking area located 0.04 kilometers from the start of the trail on the way back. Make sure to keep track of your surroundings to ensure a smooth return journey.

Due to the length and elevation gain of this hike, it is recommended to bring an ample supply of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear. Additionally, checking the weather forecast before heading out is advised to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
