The hike begins at the parking de Boutari, which is conveniently located right at the start of the trail. As you make your way along the path, you'll come across some interesting points of interest. About 0.06 kilometers from the start, you'll find the Chauvet information point, where you can learn more about the area. Further along, at 0.56 kilometers from the start, is the Derrière Chauvet information point.

One of the highlights of the hike is reaching the Ratier peak, located 2.18 kilometers from the start. The panoramic views from the top make the climb well worth it. As you make your way back, you'll also pass by the Pont de l'Ebron information point, located 0.69 kilometers from the start but slightly off the main trail.
