This hiking route takes you on a scenic adventure through the breathtaking landscapes around Schwarze Säule. The trail is a circular route with a distance of 2.5 kilometers and an elevation gain of 144 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

About 0.74 kilometers from the start, you will reach Kanapee, a beautiful viewpoint where you can take in panoramic views of the surrounding area. Further along the trail at 0.81 kilometers, you'll find Felsenburg, another stunning viewpoint offering a different perspective of the landscape.

Midway through the hike, at around 0.95 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter Bastei, a peak that provides a bird's eye view of the scenery below. As you continue your trek, you may also come across attractions like Basteibrücke and Mühlteich, adding to the charm of the hike.
