This hiking route to Pic du Gallinas is located in a beautiful mountainous area. As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area conveniently located at the trailhead. About 0.15 kilometers into the hike, you will find another parking spot. As you trek further along the trail, at around 4.7 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the scenic Fontaine du Coll Mitja, a natural spring where you can take a refreshing break.
Continuing onwards, at approximately 5.63 kilometers from the start, you will reach Coll Mitja, a saddle offering stunning panoramic views of the surroundings. This is a great spot to rest and take in the breathtaking scenery. Further along the trail, at 6.44 kilometers from the start, you will reach the majestic peak of Pic du Gallinas, offering a rewarding summit experience.
Throughout the hike, there are various amenities available such as La Font, a natural spring located 0.05 kilometers from the start, a restaurant at 0.05 kilometers, and Cabane Jaça dels Clots, a shelter located 4.16 kilometers from the trailhead.
