Welcome to the University Parkway hiking route! This easy out-and-back trail spans a distance of 2.822 kilometers with no elevation gain, making it perfect for hikers of all experience levels.

Starting at the parking area located right at the trailhead, you will begin your journey through the picturesque surroundings. As you make your way along the path, you will encounter several water features. At around 0.23 kilometers from the start, you'll find a water source off the trail, followed by another one at 0.68 kilometers, and then at 0.83 kilometers. These spots offer a great opportunity to rest and refuel while enjoying the serene sounds of nature.

Approximately 1.07 kilometers into your hike, you will come across another water feature that is directly on the trail, providing a refreshing break for weary hikers. Further along, at 1.41 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter another water source conveniently located on the trail for easy access.

Throughout the hike, you'll have the chance to appreciate the natural beauty of the area while getting some exercise in. Remember to bring an ample supply of water, as the trail does not have significant elevation gain but can still be physically demanding. Additionally, checking the weather forecast before setting out is always a good idea to ensure a safe and enjoyable hiking experience.
