This challenging hiking route will take you through a beautiful area with breathtaking views. The trail is an out-and-back route with a total distance of 7.002 kilometers and an elevation gain of 565.0 meters, so be prepared for a strenuous hike.
As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area right at the beginning of the trail. Make sure to park your vehicle here before embarking on your adventure. Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest. At around 0.05 kilometers from the start, you will find a drinking water station where you can refill your water bottles.
Further along the trail, at 0.76 kilometers from the start, you will reach La Focetta, a scenic saddle point offering panoramic views of the surroundings. Approximately 1.47 kilometers into the hike, you will come across a cave entrance, a great spot to explore and take a break.
As you continue your ascent, at 1.82 kilometers from the start, you will reach Malpasso, another saddle point with stunning views. Around 3.2 kilometers from the start, you will reach Foce Contapecore, offering a picturesque landscape.
Towards the end of the trail, at 3.36 kilometers from the start, you will reach a peak known for its beauty and serenity. Finally, at 3.5 kilometers from the start, you will arrive at the destination, Campano Peak, where you can enjoy panoramic views and a sense of accomplishment.
