Located in a beautiful area, the trail starts at a parking area at the trailhead. As you begin your hike, you will come across the Bivacco di Malga Nuova shelter located 0.81 kilometers from the start, where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Further along the trail at 0.83 kilometers, there is a drinking water station to refill your water bottles.

Continuing on, at 2.72 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the Baito Salera shelter, offering another resting spot for hikers. At around 3.38 kilometers, there is a natural water source off the trail for those who need to replenish their water supply. As you approach the 3.9-kilometer mark, you will encounter the Forcella di Bombasel saddle, providing stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Around the midway point of the hike, at 3.93 kilometers, you will find the Lo Chalet restaurant, where you can stop for a meal or snack before heading back. Additionally, there is another drinking water station located 0.81 kilometers from the start, which you can utilize on your return journey.
