Welcome to the Route de Racan hiking trail! This circular route offers a moderate level of difficulty, with a distance of 6.949 kilometers and no elevation gain.

As you begin your hike, you will come across various points of interest. At a distance of 3.15 kilometers from the start, you will find a refreshing water source. Continuing on, at 3.33 kilometers, you will find another water source conveniently located along the trail.

Around 2.64 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter a historic site - the Château de la Haute Barde, located just a bit off the trail. Further along, at 2.22 kilometers, you will pass by the beautiful Étang de la Ribondière, a lovely water feature to admire.

Before reaching the end of the trail, you will find a few more points of interest such as the Menhir de Montifray, an archaeological site, located at a distance of 0.0 kilometers from the start.

Remember to bring an ample water supply, especially on warmer days, as the trail will take you through varied terrain. It is also recommended to check the weather forecast before heading out.
