This hiking route will take you through a challenging and extremely difficult terrain in the scenic area near Pizzo del Diavolo.
You will start your journey at the parking area located at the trailhead. Make sure to bring plenty of water and check the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure.
As you make your way along the trail, you will come across several points of interest. About 0.83 kilometers from the start, you will find Fonte Cagnolini, a natural spring perfect for refilling your water supply. Further along at 2.23 kilometers, Valle delle Fonti offers another refreshing spring for a quick break.
Continuing on, at 3.3 kilometers from the start, you will reach Fontana Ghezzi, another spring on the trail. Capanna Ghezzi, a wilderness hut, is located 3.34 kilometers from the start and provides a cozy resting place for hikers.
Towards the latter part of the hike, you will encounter several peaks including Cima del Redentore, Pizzo del Diavolo, Cima dell'Osservatorio, Quarto San Lorenzo, and Colle Abieri. These peaks offer breathtaking views and a sense of accomplishment as you push through the challenging terrain.
