At the halfway point of the hike, around 4.73 kilometers from the start, you will reach Panoramaplatz Otteleuebad, a viewpoint where you can take in stunning views of the landscape. Nearby, there is also a restaurant called Ottenleuenbad where you can grab a meal or a snack.

For those looking to rest or have a picnic, there are benches and a BBQ area located at the 4.67 kilometer mark. If you need to refuel with some water, there is another drinking water source located at 4.42 kilometers into the hike.
