This extremely difficult hiking route will take you on a 13.108-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 1380 meters. The trail is an out-and-back type, starting at the parking area located at the beginning of the route.

As you start your hike, you will come across a wayside shrine just 0.01 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail, at 0.07 kilometers from the beginning, you will find a bench where you can take a rest and enjoy the surrounding views.

Around 1.38 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter a beautiful waterfall off the trail. As you continue, at 3.7 kilometers from the start, you will reach Rifugio Antonio Curò, an alpine hut where you can take a break and refuel.

At 3.68 kilometers from the beginning, there is a picnic site for you to enjoy a meal with a view. Continuing on, at 3.86 kilometers, you will find Lago del Barbellino artificiale, a stunning artificial lake to admire.

Midway through the hike, at 6.55 kilometers from the start, you will reach Lago inferiore di Valmorta, where you can take in the serene waters and natural beauty of the area.
