This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Laguna Artificial Huáscar. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 2.67 kilometers and an elevation gain of 0 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
As you start your hike, you will come across the parking area located right at the trailhead. This is a convenient spot to leave your vehicle before embarking on the adventure. Further along the trail, at 0.08 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a charming fountain where you can take a moment to rest and enjoy the surroundings.
Continuing on, at 0.97 kilometers from the start, you will find El Chimbotano restaurant, offering a perfect place to stop for a meal or snacks before continuing your journey. Nearby, La Perferida cafe provides a cozy atmosphere to relax and recharge.
As you reach the midway point of the hike, approximately 1.29 kilometers from the start, you will reach Zona de Parrillas, a picnic site where you can take a break and enjoy a meal amidst nature.
Along the trail, you will also come across several benches, strategically placed at 1.0 kilometer from the start, offering spots to sit and take in the views. Additionally, there are parking areas available at various points along the trail for your convenience.
