This extremely difficult circular hike on the Liselotte-Weg trail covers a distance of 16.462 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1564 meters, taking approximately 7 hours and 43 minutes to complete. The trail starts at the Lauterbrunnen tourist information center where you can gather any last-minute information before embarking on your journey.

The trail passes through some stunning natural landscapes with various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a drinking water spot and a bench for a quick rest. As you continue on, you will come across a picnic site, a viewpoint offering breathtaking views, and a historic wayside cross that adds a cultural touch to your hike.

Midway through the trail, you will find a shelter known as the Cave where you can take cover if needed. There are also several benches strategically placed along the trail for hikers to take breaks and enjoy the surroundings. Additionally, there are cafes and restaurants like Berghaus Männlichen and Rocks Bar where you can refuel and recharge before continuing your hike.

Towards the end of the trail, you will find more information points like Lieselotte Station 3 and Lieselotte Station 4 where you can learn more about the area and its history. Finally, the Base Cafe marks the completion of your journey where you can relax and celebrate your accomplishment.

This hike is extremely challenging due to its length and elevation gain, so make sure to come prepared with plenty of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear.
