This challenging circular hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Penya Rabosa. The trail covers a distance of 8.691 kilometers and has an elevation gain of 470 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek.
As you start your hike, you will come across El Castellet, a campsite located 1.12 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Continuing on, at a distance of 0.25 kilometers, you will find Vell Bigot, a bar where you can grab a refreshing drink or snack.
Around the midway point of the hike, approximately 3.12 kilometers from the start, you will reach Portet de Castells, a saddle offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Further ahead, at 3.93 kilometers from the start, you will encounter Penya Rabosa, a peak that serves as a rewarding destination for hikers.
Throughout the trail, you will also find various amenities such as drinking water sources and restaurants, including Bar Ca Joan and Font de la Bota. It is advisable to carry an ample water supply and pack some snacks for the hike.
