This hiking route takes you on a challenging but rewarding adventure in the stunning area surrounding Grande Jumelle. The trail spans approximately 9.944 kilometers in distance and includes an elevation gain of 780 meters, making it a difficult hike suitable for experienced hikers.
Starting at the trailhead, you will come across various points of interest along the way. About 0.59 kilometers into the hike, you'll encounter a beautiful water feature, with two more water points dotted along the trail at the same distance. At 0.72 kilometers, you'll find the Refuge La Vouivre alpine hut, offering a cozy resting spot amidst the rugged landscape.
As you continue your journey, at around 3.93 kilometers, you'll discover another water source off the trail. Along the route, you'll also find informative signposts, a picnic site at 0.48 kilometers, and several drinking water points for your convenience.
