This hike will take you on a challenging 11.35 km circular route to Pointe de Rognier. The trail starts at Parking de Prodin and passes by several points of interest along the way.
At the beginning of the hike, you will come across the Chapelle de Prodin, a historic wayside shrine located just 39 meters from the trail. As you continue, you will encounter multiple water sources, including one at 4 km into the hike and another at 3.61 km.
Midway through the hike, you will reach Le Chapotet, a natural peak with stunning views. Further along the trail, you will find Les Lanches 1514, an information point located 0.97 km from the start.
With an elevation gain of 1023 meters, this hike is rated as difficult and is suitable for experienced hikers. Make sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and check the weather forecast before heading out. Don't forget to wear proper hiking gear and take breaks as needed.
