Around 1.58 kilometers from the start, you will find a water point that is just off the trail. Further along, at about 1.46 kilometers into the hike, there is another water point closer to the trail. At the memorial site of Burg Stein, located approximately 1.46 kilometers from the start, you can take a moment to appreciate the historic significance of the area.

The terrain is moderate, with some slight elevation changes, so wearing appropriate footwear is recommended.
