Welcome to the Fadenweg hiking route in Gutenstein! This moderate 5.146-kilometer out-and-back trail offers a pleasant outdoor experience with a total elevation gain of 33 meters.

Starting at the trailhead, you will find convenient parking just 5.8 meters away. As you begin your journey, explore the historic wayside shrine of Hubertus and the beautiful wayside cross of Sebastiankreuz, both located at the beginning of the trail.

Along the way, you will encounter several benches for resting and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. At around 0.28 kilometers from the start, you will find a natural water source, perfect for refilling your water bottle.

Further into the hike, at approximately 0.84 kilometers from the start, you will come across another water feature. Additionally, be sure to visit the Berggasthof Mamauwiese restaurant located just 15.33 meters from the trail for a delicious meal or snack.

Midway through the hike, at 2.52 kilometers from the start, there is an information point where you can learn more about the area. As you continue, you will encounter two stunning waterfalls at around 2.5 and 2.57 kilometers from the start, adding a scenic touch to your adventure.
